We stayed at the MGM, the food ended up being one of the highlights, which I wasn’t totally expecting from a big resort. We tried a couple different spots and everything was fresh, tasty, and actually had decent portions instead of those tiny “fancy hotel” plates. Service was friendly too, even when it was packed, which was a nice surprise. The prices are definitely Vegas prices, so don’t expect a bargain, but for once it felt like the food mostly earned the bill.

Check-in was really quick, and the guy at the front desk was super nice. Check-out took maybe two minutes on my phone — actually, probably less than that, and there weren’t any weird extra charges. Overall, it was a really smooth stay and I’d definitely book again.

The staff seemed nice enough, and check-in was easy, but the room itself was disappointing. The sheets didn’t look very clean, the bathroom had a bad smell, and I kept noticing hair in different spots. I’m not super picky, but it just felt gross enough that I wouldn’t stay here again.

I reached out to support a few times, and every time I got a different answer, so it just kept dragging on and dragging on. Weeks went by and nothing was fixed. the whole rewards program feels kind of pointless if you have to keep chasing down your own points. Just not worth the hassle for me anymore

Parking was easy enough to find, which I appreciated, but it was a little more expensive than I expected. It kind of reminded me of when my brother and I park downtown for games, finding a spot isn’t the hard part, it’s the price and the walk back that get you. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just not as convenient as I hoped.

The pool area was probably my favorite part. There were plenty of chairs as long as you got there early, though I kind of wondered if it gets much more chaotic later in the day. The gym was fine too, not massive, but it had enough for a quick workout.

My only small complaint was that some of the facilities felt a little spread out, and the signage could’ve been clearer. Maybe they assume most people already know their way around, but we had to double-check where we were going a few times. Overall though, it was a good stay and I’d come back...

I caught a couple of shows at MGM and had such a fun night. The seats were solid, the staff was quick to help whenever we needed anything, and the whole experience felt really smooth from start to finish. Great vibe and definitely worth it.

We spent most afternoons hanging out by the pool, it was such a nice way to relax. The water was clean, the vibe was fun, and if we got there early enough, finding chairs wasn’t too hard. The staff were also really friendly whenever we asked for towels, which made things easy.
The only downside is that it fills up quickly, and the drinks are definitely Vegas-priced. Still, we had a great time and would totally go back. Next time, we’ll just make sure to grab seats earlier and settle in for the day.
